Job DescriptionProvide general legal support to the business operations of the Company, in close collaboration with the global legal team and the business.Draft a broad range of customer contracts relevant to the industry and support templates regular reviews.Drive standardization and processes optimization.Perform analysis on customer contracts for management info and control. Support developing and delivering awareness trainings.Maintain documents repository always up-to-date. QualificationsA law degree from a reputable university.Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing is a plus.Possess at least 2-years post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a reputable law firm and /or as in-house counsel.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to details.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently.Fluent in verbal and written English.Experience in software and/or banking industry.
