**Your Role**
- Prepare affidavits or other documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts.
- Prepare for trial by performing tasks such as organizing exhibits.
- Investigate facts and law of cases and search pertinent sources, such as public records and internet sources, to determine causes of action and to prepare cases.
- Meet with clients and other professionals to discuss details of the case.
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.
- Arbitrate disputes between parties.
- Maintain and update the legal documents from time to time.
- Research relevant legal materials to aid decision-making.
- Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues associated with HR
- Evaluate information related to legal matters in public or personal records.
- Coordinate legal schedules or activities.
- Represent the interests of the company in legal proceedings.
- Arbitrate disputes between parties to resolve legal conflicts.
- Collaborate with HR from time to time on labor issues and other legal documentation.
- Prepare, secure, and process the required working visa permits needed for ex-pats employees with the local government such as DOLE and the Bureau of Immigration

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Graduate of 4 years course major in Legal Management, Bachelor of Laws, and other related legal courses.
- Two to Three (2-3) years of proven working experience as a Legal Assistant or its equivalent
- Two to Three (2-3) years of solid experience handling cases with DOLE / NLRC and other government tribunals.
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and the Philippine court system.
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations as a legal assistant/paralegal.
- Computer literacy.
- Proficiency in English.
- Working knowledge of case management software.
- Excellent secretarial and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
- Legal Assistant certification, diploma, or Integrated Bar of Philippines (IBP) license if any.
