**JOB SUMMARY**
The Legal Staff is responsible for monitoring of case status under litigation, compliances to the government mandatories of different departments, compilation of corporate and litigation documents through practice of effective mode of inventory, submission of papers to external parties in accordance with rules, and establishment of good relations with third parties.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
a.
Perform administrative functions within the department such as but not limited to the following:
- Organization/Safekeeping of documents/files;
- Preparation of compliances with government regulatory requirements;
- Receiving of documents/telephone calls; and
- Routing of memoranda/delivery of written communications to intended recipients;
c. Assist in the preparation of Stock Certificates, when necessary;
- Undertake regular monitoring of cases pending in courts and/or quasi-judicial bodies to expedite their movement;
- Prepare the necessary attachments/exhibits to pleadings;
- Effect the filing of pleadings in courts and quasi-judicial agencies;
- Effect the filing of reportorial requirements in government agencies;
- Monitor compliance by other departments to the government mandatories and prepare monthly reports thereon; and
- Scan important documents for the Department's easy retrieval.
**MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
a.
Coordinate with point persons and/or offices on matters concerning the day-to-day operations of the Department;

Examine documents for notarization;
- Notarize documents;
- Compile copies of notarized documents and facilitate regular reporting and submission thereof with the court;
- Appear in court and/or quasi-judicial agencies for re-setting of hearings, when necessary;
- Assist the legal counsel during _ex parte_ hearings.
**WORKING CONDITION**: Office-based but with possible transactions outside

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
