Suggest corrections and alternations for legal agreements/ contracts. Conduct legal research on matters related to employment or commercial law. Analyze legal issues and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Maintain organized records of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure the accessibility and integrity of legal files. Stay abreast of changes in employment and commercial laws to ensure ongoing compliance. Assist in developing and implementing processes to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external legal entities, and clients. Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth legal operations.
