Legal And Compliance Head (Non-Life Insurance)

-To promote the optimum organization of human and material resources within their area of competence and to manage and coordinate the staff under their supervision by encouraging actions to facilitate the integration, development and transmission of the strategy and preventive policies at all levels, and to create the best possible climate for channeling efforts toward the challenges of innovation, growth and profitability.

-Analyze sentences, legal doctrine, precedents and legal rules, and verify their correct application to the business processes in keeping with the validity, need and opportunity criteria, while ensuring a uniform and coordinated operation of the departments in charge of legal management and advice.
-Coordinate the activities of their team and, if required, of external advisors, providing the legal support required (preparation of reports, participation in negotiations, etc.), thus ensuring unity of approach to the legal activities of the areas and departments.
-Oversee legal compliance with the legal obligations and insurance regulatory requirements of the Company, contributing their expertise to the decision making process as well as to the preparation of documents with legal implications related to the operations and activity of the Company, supervising and monitoring their correct application in a timely manner ensuring sufficiency and adequacy of the information collected therein.

Job Qualifications;

Bar passer - RA1080
Bachelors degree in Law or Juris Doctor
Must have experience working in the Non-life insurance industry
