Legal Admin Assistant

Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Manager of Legal Affairs and Paralegals
Report to the Manager of Legal Affairs
Assist in the management of Legal Affairs
Document Management
Keep all reports up to date and current
Monitor contracts pending for signature
Assist in the preparation of legal documents
Coordinate internal and external matters
Calendar Management
Qualifications And Requirements

Must be a graduate of any related course (Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, etc.)
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant/Secretary in a BPO setting or in a Law Firm
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is a must as the position requires a review of commercial contracts.
