Job Summary:
The Leasing Staffis the person responsible in assisting the Leasing manager administratively (i.e.
preparing reports and meeting with clients, documentation filing and monitoring of rentals).
The position also handles tenant prospecting and assist tenant on concerns/issues.
The position also strictly monitors billing and collection activities for tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
**OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY**
- Assist in leasing of spaces/areas
- Assist in scouting and identifying prospective tenants looking to lease a property or space
- Provide potential tenants with a tour of property
- Monitors and updates leasing status of each tenant
- Coordinates with other departments in addressing tenant concerns
- Check submitted documents/requirements for new tenants
- Assist in lease renewal of existing tenants
- Records and file correspondences
- Receiving of rentals payment, utilities payment and other charges pertaining to tenants charges
- Follow -up of payments from tenants
- Remittance of collected payments to Accounting department
- Distribution of monthly statement account per tenant
**CUSTOMER**
- Attend to tenants queries politely and courteously.
- Resolve tenants issues and concerns
**General Duties and Responsibilities**
- Represent the Company by wearing company uniform that enables the employee to complete the daily tasks, while maintaining a professional and appropriate appearance.
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
- Deepen customer/client relationships by effectively executing respective function and referring company products while achieving goals through daily sales activities and branch sales promotions.
- Provide honest and correct information to customers regarding their transaction.
- Meet performance goals and expected results based on the agreed timeline.

- Perform duties and other related work assigned provided relevant orientation and coaching is carried out.
Role Accountability:
- Ensure 100% occupancy of property/space handled
- Ensure all tenants are properly attended and accommodated
Job Specification:
- Educational Attainment
- Graduate of any Business related course or equivalent
- Work Experience
- Fresh graduates orwith least 1 year of related work experience
- Monitor completion of all paperwork for tenant
- Ensure collections of accountabilities from tenants
