Join Our Team as a Leasing Consultant!
Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve leasing revenue and collection targets.
-Manage leases for both potential and existing clients.
- Market rental listings via open viewings, social media, virtual tours, and other strategies.
- Negotiate lease terms with unit owners and tenants; finalize contracts for SMDC units.
- Handle lease applications, ensure compliance, and conduct property inspections.
- Manage broker commissions and expand broker network.
- Address client and tenant concerns promptly; manage VIP clients and key stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and company activities.
- Oversee property inventory and key management.
- Resolve enrollment queries and other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or HRM.
- Sales, leasing, or real estate background (advantageous).
- 2+ years in customer service, leasing, or sales.
- Knowledge of local rental regulations and rental agreements.
- Real Estate license (preferred, not required).
- Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
