Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

- Achieve leasing revenue and collection targets assigned to him/her.
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Markets all rental listings through open viewings, social media postings, providing virtual tours and videos, other marketing strategies that will create traction.
- Facilitates negotiation of lease terms with unit owners and tenants (for units with Unit Owners) and close out contract negotiations of lease terms with SMDC owned units and tenants. (for SMDC owned)
- Coordinates lease applications, monitors submitted requirements and ensures process are complied. · Responds to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Executes new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
- Manages broker's commissions, coordination and expansion of brokers network.
- Resolves complaints/concerns of unit owners, tenants, PMO and brokers that are brought to his/her attention.
- Handles and manages VIP customers and other key stakeholder
- Must develop and maintain strong relationships with its customers and address issues in a timely manner.
- Regularly attends meetings set by Head Office and participates in all company and Good Stays-initiated activities.
- Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone in the team.
- Monitor and safe keep inventory and keys of the assigned home property. ·
- Facilitates enrollment queries and concerns
- Performs other related tasks/functions that may be assigned by management from time to time.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business-related courses or HRM
- Leasing, Real Estate or Sales background (advantageous)
- Experienced in local rental regulations and compliance and with knowledge of rental agreements. Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
