Leasing Officer is responsible for end-to-end mall retail space acquisition (Site/Location Mapping, Assessment, Negotiation, Documentation and Relationship Management)

Job Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree
-Extensive experience in business development and retail space acquisition
-Preferably with experience in mall leasing/tenant relations
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Flexible and willing to do field work
-Willing to work at BGC and can start anytime

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
