Leasing Officer

The Leasing and Tenant Relations Officer will be performing the following duties and responsibilities:

· In charge of sourcing new tenants

· Management of current tenants nationwide

· In charge of all documentations

· Assist the field based team on their travel documents

· And all the other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned by the management

The Successful Candidate

· Must be a graduate of a 4-year program in Business or a related field.

· At least 5 years solid experience (negotiable)

· With excellent negotiation skill

· Proficient in MS office

Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
