Leasing Officer

SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing lease agreements and maintaining positive relationships with lessors, addressing any issues that arise. Negotiate and coordinate lease documents, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including the management of signed documents, payments, and necessary registrations.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience.
2. Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred.
3. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel).
2. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain confidentiality.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong time-management and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in report preparation.
6. Ability to multi-task and pay keen attention to detail.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities within the scope of responsibility.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
9. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage lease agreements and maintain positive relationships with existing lessors, addressing any arising issues.
2. Negotiate and coordinate lease documents, ensuring all necessary legal requirements are met. This includes managing signed documents, payments, tenant details forms, registration/licenses, receipts, etc.
3. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
