Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4 year business or engineering course

With at least 2 years of leasing experience

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities:
Oversee leasing operations of the company

Liaise with broker, agents and unit owners for possible lease arrangements

In-charge of billing and monitoring commercial and parking lease

In-charge of record keeping and lease contract management
