LEASING OFFICER

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation

In-charge of lead generation for the office/residential/retail/parking leasing to ensure maximum occupancy of the various projects in Johndorf's portfolio

Managerial/Leadership Skills

Oversees and monitors the performance of all associates under his/her wing

Negotiates with tenants

Directly negotiates with tenants based on the lease terms and conditions approved by the company, Provide the best and professional advice to its various clients

Updated on the current trends in the market

Responsible for researching market comparable and come up with a recommendation

to help the company get the best lease terms and= conditionsDocuments collection and review

Collect and review documents/requirements submitted by the client

Networking with new and existing clients

Aggressively network with and talk to new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with them

Recommend marketing strategies

Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects under Johndorf's portfolio

Follow the latest trends and news in real estate world

Conducting site visits

Regularly conducts site visits the properties for lease
