Leasing Manager

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Have experience in Fast-food, Retail, Sales/Marketing Industry
-Monitor space availability and occupancy in the malls.
-Sourcing of potential tenants
-Skills: Excellent communication in both oral and written, decision making, highly organized
-Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner
-Computer Literate; Reports and Presentation management skills
-Willing to be assigned in Head Office - Quezon City
