JOB DESCRIPTION:
Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.

Scouting for prospective lessees.

Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.

Performing relevant inspections

Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.

Addressing and recording all rule violations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent

persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.Proficient in English language and has excellent communication skills.

Strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker and has strong analytical skills.

Ability to work with a high level of integrity at all times

Ability to remain calm and positive in difficult situations and under pressure
