Responsibilities (Duties shall include, but not be limited to assisting in the following areas):

Leasing

Resident relations, retention, and customer service

Administration

Representation of the company

Total quality management

Qualifications:
1.
Experience in real estate selling or leasing is a plus.

Candidate must be a college graduate
3.
Male or female
4.
MS Office, Google apps, and social media proficient
5.
Sales oriented
6.
Excellent communication and time management skills
7.
Keen eye to detail
8.
With at least 1 yr. work experience
