Job description
POSITION PURPOSE

A Leasing Assistant assists the Leasing Officer presenting and leasing properties to prospective tenants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

The core duties and responsibilities of a Leasing Assistant are:
Assist the Leasing Officer in meeting with the prospective tenants and show the leasable properties and provide relevant information thereto
Market vacant space to prospective tenants through the Leasing Officer, advertisements or other methods,
Provide a timely courteous and knowledgeable response to visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs
Implement a file tracking system for interoffice mail and other correspondence
Meet daily with the Leasing Officer, Manager and concerned Executive on the status of deals, targets, and updates.
Qualifications:
With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in leasing or commercial
With good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Can start immediately
