Position: Leasing and Rental Staff

Job Overview:

Leasing staff find new tenants for residential or commercial rental properties, handle the signing of leases, Notary of Contract of Lease, and provide customer service for existing tenants.


Duties and Responsibilities
Meeting with prospective tenants, taking them on tours of the units they are interested in and highlighting the benefits of the units and property.Preparing and executing Contract of Lease.Follow up rental payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.Negotiating lease renewals, including communicating changes in prices or terms and conditionsCoordinating any necessary property maintenance and resolving tenant's complaints.Informing tenants of any changes to their rental agreement or upcoming events or issues associated with the property.Recording and Updating Statement of Account of tenants.Preparing monthly rental collection report.Recording and Updating details of tenants into computer database.Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities.Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.Address tenant's complaints and concerns.Maintaining and storing documents of tenants effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Female23 years old and aboveGraduate of business/marketing and or possessing a degree in real state is an advantageProblem-solving skillsCommunication and reporting skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeProven track record of sales and customer relationsAtleast 1 year related work experience
