Leasing Admin Specialist Overview The Leasing Admin Specialist position is a key resource for the leasing leadership team executing on daily and weekly tasks and ad hoc projects. This position is the primary resource to assist the property management team with administrative duties to ensure successful KPI achievement. The responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:
- Showings
- Listing Photos
- Application Screening
- Bookings and Inquiries
- Access Information
- Tenant Communication
- Will closely work with the Broker
- Ensuring that access information is available or updated
- Initiate communication with potential tenants and efficiently schedule property showings
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch a fielder to capture high-quality photos of the property, ensuring visually appealing and compelling imagery for effective marketing
- Lead proactive communication and prompt responses to inquiries and questions from potential applicants, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction throughout the booking process
- Proactively collect and analyze feedback, engaging with applicants during the application process for a comprehensive and responsive leasing experience
- Conduct a thorough screening process to assess prospective applicants, ensuring a meticulous and discerning approach to tenant selection
- Exclusively manage all communication with prospective tenants until the contract is signed and they successfully move into the property, ensuring a smooth and attentive transition process
Desired Qualifications > English (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Strong attention to detail and organization
> Articulate and very persuasive
> 1+ years of administrative experience
> 1+ years of experience in residential real estate
> Willingness to accept constructive criticism and help others when needed
> Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects/tasks at the same time with tight due dates
> Game to work in the Office during the Night Shift, or Graveyard Shift
