Learning Specialist, Learning Tools & Practices page is loaded Learning Specialist, Learning Tools & Practices Apply locations PHL-Taguig-World Square IND-Bangalore-TowerE,RMZ Infin time type Full time posted on Posted 26 Days Ago job requisition id R0085545 Reporting to the Learning Manager of Learning Tools and Practices, this role will be responsible for leading the implementation and audit of the Learning Evaluation and Reporting Standards across all learning programs and campaigns, design and delivery of all learning communications, and mentoring the Learning Consultants and Senior Learning Consultants in the team. This role will also help in the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational, and logistical perspective.
Key responsibilities: Develop methodologies for weighing KPI and calculation metrics to measure the impact of success of all learning programs and campaigns. Partner with the Learning Managers and Program Managers in ensuring that the learning KPIs and success measures across all programs and campaigns are aligned and consistent with the Learning Evaluation and Reporting Standards. Conduct quarterly audits and report on the performance of each learning program and campaign, in collaboration with the Learning Managers and Program Managers. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the data reporting and analysis of all learning programs. Foster partnerships with external providers to broaden learning opportunities. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are well-informed about learning initiatives. Lead, execute, and measure the effectiveness of the Learning PLUS ( P eople L eaders U pdate and S upport) calls and run it as a central communication program of the learning team. Mentor and provide support to Learning consultants and Senior Learning Consultants to enhance their professional development. Participate in global learning projects and collaborate with the broader learning team and stakeholders. Act as Deputy in the absence of the Learning Manager. Other duties and responsibilities as required by the business. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Corporate Learning or a similar field. Expertise in Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Training Facilitation and Delivery, and Measurement of Learning Effectiveness. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, etc.), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI or PowerAutomate. Adept with data analysis and reporting. Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders on an on-going basis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in liaising with Senior leadership preferred. Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet increasing customer expectations.
