Metis College is seeking a distinguished and innovative Director of Learning Experience to lead our MBA program. This pivotal role will manage the program's expansion from serving exclusively Oraz employees to welcoming a diverse public cohort. The new Director will provide strategic direction and support to executive assistants and all learners, ensuring a seamless and enriching educational journey. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of administrative prowess and academic insight, adept at student engagement, educational progress tracking, and course logistics management. As a visionary leader, the Director will be instrumental in integrating our core principles within all aspects of our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Strategically lead the expansion of the MBA program to include a diverse public cohort in addition to Oraz employees.
Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the program curriculum and learning experiences.
Lead and mentor a team of academic and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Develop policies and procedures that enhance student engagement and academic achievement.
Liaise with Woolf University and other partners to ensure alignment on student progress and completion rates.
Spearhead the enrollment strategy, student placements into appropriate courses, sections, and groups, considering instructor availability and making necessary adjustments.
Oversee the assessment and grading frameworks, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and conducive to learning.
Champion the integration of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to deliver the highest quality educational programs.
Facilitate the organization of group activities or projects as per the curriculum requirements, adapting to changes when needed.
Maintain diligent tracking of course requirement completion at the conclusion of each learning module.
Act as the program's ambassador, enhancing its profile and attractiveness to prospective students and faculty through various channels and partnerships.

Qualifications: Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) and an MBA, signifying a high level of expertise in relevant fields.
Outstanding College Administrator with a proven record of enhancing operational practices and at least two years of experience in an academic administrative role.
Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Canvas, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
Strategic thinker with a willingness to take on tactical responsibilities
Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to high-quality standards
Excellent communication, listening, and feedback skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work remotely and in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of independence and effective time management.
