JOB PURPOSE: A Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor, also known as a Training and Development Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the training programs and professional development initiatives within an organization; Involves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.

Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, and/or EducationAt least 5 years of work experience in the same field | 2 years of experience in a Supervisory roleCertification in training and development (e.g CPL, etc.)Familiarity with learning management systems and E-Learning platformsProject Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementationStrong Instructional design skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
