Position Summary
**Main Purpose of the Job**:
**He/She is responsible for**:
1.
Supporting the delivery of the 'above the market' Training portfolio addressed to the local target, collaborating with the Geo-Cluster Trainers pool
2.
The roll-out of the local 'in the market' agreed learning sessions.
The role is directly involved in the facilitation of an identified set of learning solutions (based on official certification) and/or supports local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare and deliver their sessions.
The Nestle in the Market (NiM) Trainer works in partnership with the E&T and Leadership Development (LDv) Market Pillars supporting them in the deployment of the related Learning & Development solutions.
He/She is part of the regional/global community ofNestle Trainers.
He/She is also involved in the implementation of the global/regional Learning & Development portfolio when sessions are organized in his/her market.

Monitoring and coordinating with market's measure owners to help ensure Mandatory Trainings completion

**Key Outputs**:
**1.
Regional Delivery**: at NiM level of an identified set of above the market Learning solutions and/or modules, in collaboration with Geo-cluster pool of trainers
**2.
Market Delivery**: Support the delivery phase of the local ad hoc NiM catalogue leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external vendors
**3.
Input for Design & Build**: Provide input and expertise to the design and build of the above the market solutions (content, pedagogy, facilitation methodologies, etc.)
**4.
Learning Business Stories**: Contribute to the design of the local business cases, eligible for representing above the market learning solutions and functional schools
5.
Coach and Train the Local SMEs/Trainers for the execution of effective and impacting learning sessions
7.
Governance of NiM Talent Marketplace (Innovation in Skills Development): Project Management for NiM Talent Marketplace implementation.
Coordinate with project owners and functional teams to supply projects in the Gloat platform
**8.
Implement HR Pro Capability Building Plans**: Design deliver capability building plan to address competency gaps considering the HR Team's Competency Assessment results.
**9.
Ensure Mandatory Trainings Completion**: Provide monthly updates for NiM Mandatory Trainings completion and work with market's measure owners to help ensure that target learners complete their assigned Mandatory Trainings
What will make you successful
**2-5 years experience in the following**:
- Facilitation and the delivery of learning sessions addressed to a multiple target of learners (including senior leaders)
- Application of modern learning principles (immersive, learner centric, flipped classrooms, etc.)
- Proven ability to train and coach other trainers and SMEs
- Successfully delivering Rive Reine decentralized courses will be a plus
