JOB SUMMARY: Learning and Talent Development Lead will join the team of Talent Development and Career Agility of Novare and will strategize, develop, drive, conduct and program-manage Novare's professional development and essential business skills training across the organization. The key aspect of the role requires collaboration with stakeholders, identifying training needs, effective courseware module development and presentation, program management and a good understanding of learning analytics and success measures.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning and Talent Development Lead has the following duties and responsibilities:
Positions himself/herself as a Learning Consultant or SME for Professional Development and Essential Business Skills training.Creates and executes learning strategies and programs focused on building professional and business skills capability in support of Novare's thrust of being the national champion of technology in the Philippines.Collaborates with the leaders from various business groups in addressing soft skills-related learning needs to ensure that an employee is ready to perform his responsibilities as an Novare employee while exemplifying the Novare Talent DNA.This involves conducting training sessions such as New Hire Orientation, Soft
Skills training, Culture Training, and other employee engagement programs aligned to talent/career development programs.Manages and leads the creation and development of training materials, conduct of training programs, implementation of learning intervention, and measurement of success.Monitors training budget and maintains relationships with training vendors and consultants delivery with extensive experience on handling training sessions such as Onboarding, Soft Skills training, leadership training to some extent and other related training programs.Deep understanding of the Training and Development Lifecycle, from TNA to Evaluation.Proven track record in facilitating a highly-engaging training session in various modalities and settings.Has a good understanding of or exposure to Learning Analytics or metrics and LMS administration.Experience and skill on E-learning courseware development using Canva or Articulate and other tools is an advantage.Understanding of GenerativeAI and its application and possible use
cases in L&D operation is a plus.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in HR Development Management, BSBA with Majors in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other behavioral sciences and related fields.3 to 5 years of relevant and proven experience in Learning & DevelopmentMastery of skills to successfully perform all the aspects of the Training and Development Lifecycle - Develop, Design, Implement/Facilitate, Evaluate and Improve.Facilitation of Professional Development and Essential Business Skills training.Candidate must be willing to work Onsite and in BGCPreferably someone who can start as soon as possible but not a requirment
