Their role involves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any related field
• Strong Instructional design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementation.
