A Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor, also known as a Training and Development Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the training programs and professional development initiatives within an organization. Their role involves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any related field
• Strong Instructional design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementation.
