Job Description:
A Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor, also known as a Training and
Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training programs
and professional development initiatives within an organization. Their role
involves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhance
employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any related
field
Strong Instructional design skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with learning management systems and e-learning platformsAbility to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to
implementation.
• Certification in training and development (e.g CPL, etc) with at least 5yrs experience with
the same related field and 2yrs supervisory role
