Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with company objectives and employee needs.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars across various levels of the organization.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions.Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.Manage the training calendar and ensure timely delivery of all training programs.Mentor and support employees to achieve personal and professional development goals.Track and report on training program metrics and outcomes to senior management.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the retail or mall industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in designing training content using various tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Certification in Training and Development or related credentials is a plus.
