LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of any Business Course, Psychology or a related field
? Experience working in Learning and Development as team lead or any similar
? Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
? Experience in project management and budgeting
? Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
? Professional training certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Create and execute learning strategies and programs
? Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

? Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-
shadowing, online training)

? Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
? Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of
learning opportunities
? Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and L&D
? Track budgets and negotiate contracts
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
