JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop, design, and deliver training programs that align with operation's goals and enhance the skills of new hires and tenure operations personnel.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, ensuring they are relevant to the operation's needs.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning needs within the organization.
- Collaborate with operation department's heads and HR to understand specific team requirements and develop targeted training solutions.
- Monitoring and tracking of trainee's performance during and after their onboarding training.
- Helps in establishing and implementing refreshers and upskill trainings for operation personnel.
- May be assign to travel to different areas from time to time to train employees and ensure the training effectiveness and efficiency.
- Helps in implementing our NEO Program initiatives and training related to operations.
- Establish evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and certifications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, department heads, and external training providers, to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree in human resource management, education, business, or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in training and talent development.
