Responsible for conducting specialized trainings for employeesResponsible for the effective conceptualization, development, coordination, and implementation of training and learning interventionsResponsible for logistical and coordination requirements for all assigned trainingsResponsible for conducting training needs analysis and devising training modules Qualification: Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations Communication, Education or its equivalentWith at least 3 years work experience in training facilitationAbility to communicate/function and interact effectively across levels of staff including senior managersExperience and exposure on e-learning tools and processes is an advantageEnthusiastic with a positive, optimistic personalityAble to build trusting relationships with othersExcellent communication skills, both written & verbalProven organizational skills, works well individually and with teams, able to set and meet deadlines with quality resultsCan multi- task and able to work in a fast paced work environment
