As a Learning and Development Specialist, you are mature, detail-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving. You are also skilled in documenting processes, demonstrating procedures, and monitoring compliance, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Job Overview:

This role involves enhancing operational efficiency through meticulous system documentation and quality assurance. You will identify issues, correct them through system improvements, and ensure processes are well-documented and consistently followed.

To identify and resolve operational issues.
To document processes accurately.
To improve systems for operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze operational processes to find improvement areas.
Develop and maintain detailed system documentation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with teams for system integration.
Conduct audits and recommend corrective actions.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in system documentation, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
