Learning And Development Specialist

Leads the planning, organization, coordination and implementation of all approved TL&E programs and events while ensuring that the activity goals are achieved in in a costeffective process.
- Oversees the Sprout Learning Management System and ensures all learning needs are being met to support employee performance.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of TL&E events by scheduling/booking/ensuring technical readiness of conference rooms, venues, including booking of travel and lodging arrangements of speakers for various TL&E events.
- Sends out communications on pre/post course information to participants, facilitators and participants' supervisors, including printed/electronic materials/collaterals, training decks needed in the program/session.
- Collates details from feedback forms and summarizes in the required template for submission to the TL&E manager and relevant facilitators.
- Collects, collates and organizes data/inputs from other teams/systems required for regular reports, data analysis, assessments, and meeting presentation decks.
- Ensures training rooms' availability and makes sure that they are clean, orderly, well organized and properly stocked with necessary materials needed for all TL&E programs and functions.
- Organizes, files and updates an inventory of all digital and paper collaterals of all TL&E programs.
- Provides other general administrative assistance to TL&E manager and facilitators, including but not limited to booking appointments, contacting suppliers, etc.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year college degree: preferably in business management, marketing or

communication.
- With at least 3 years working experience in an TL&E role in the corporate/ education related organization.
- Basic to advanced platform skills
- Above average creative writing and designing skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational, execution skills with a keen attention to details and deadlines.
- Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration and commitment

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
