What You'll do Training Analysis
Analyze data and feedback to identify training priorities; Prepare annual plan for L&D programs and submit for approval Develop evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness; Monitor training metrics and Key Performance Indicators; Collect data and analyze the impact of long-term and specific initiatives. Apply a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and for closing them. Use learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions Ensure the company's learning and development-related services are performed to align with company strategy and that will increase performance, organizational trust, and satisfaction across multiple stakeholders. Provide monthly (and ad-hoc) reports on the status of training completions, effectiveness, and other operational metrics; Adheres to industry best practices and standards when developing learning and performance solutions; Service Delivery Design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods Tracks learning programs through the Learning Management System and provides training metrics as required. Provide support and guidance with the rollouts of the global talent development program. Assistance with instructional design projects as needed Utilize various instructional methods and approaches; Deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective. Must provide a pleasant environment of acceptance that results in better development, and interpersonal skills are beneficial Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions, including workshops; - Support the Organizational Development activities; Manages all ongoing aspects of the central training function including scheduling, reporting and updating current training courses. Manages and tracks the development of training and revises current training to continuously improve learning and development experiences by integrating new methods, approaches and content. Develops and implements metrics and monitoring plan to demonstrate the impact training has on improving performance. Use concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders in improving organizational effectiveness Ability to understand and implement policies, procedures, and processes that relate to the organizational plans Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define key content areas; Cost Relevance Prepare budgets for approval, track budgets and negotiate contracts; Support the budget, accruals, forecasts and actual costs of courses you are responsible for, supporting all Finance related activities as set out in the Learning Team Others Deliver and improve New Hire Orientations. Facilitate several global development programs. Perform administrative duties on the Learning Management System. Ability to assist and support other Learning & Development/Talent & Development/HR projects as needed. Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing; Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of employees, including frontline team members through executive leadership. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining momentum, and managing to project due dates; Work with stakeholders to understand key business drivers, identify performance gaps and develop effective trainings to build all skill levels. Stays current with industry trends in leadership, managerial, and professional development learning programs that encompass integrating new modalities such as social learning, mobile delivery and other learning methods. What we'll love about you: BA/BS degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management or Equivalent Course; Minimum 3-5years' experience in the learning and development roles; - Experience of working in Learning and Development is essential. Working in international and diverse environments, preferably in an technical environment, e.g. engineering Related experience in Instructional Design, Module Development and Training Delivery; Must have a strong presentation and facilitation skills Budget planning and financial management skills and experience Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Collaborates effectively with others across functions with excellent stakeholder management Must have the ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives and put forward recommendations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams as well as experience with Learning Management Systems Proactive, self-starter and stays flexible for when priorities quickly change. Ability to work effectively and efficiently on global networked computers using current software applications Strong team worker, with enthusiastic, can-do approach, with ability to coordinate and work as 'one team' Excellent time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team; Flexible to travel; Willing to work on a Full Time basis in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
