**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:
**I. Functional**
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify employee performance, learning and development gaps and deliver appropriate interventions to bridge the gap and achieve learning and performance objectives.
- Specifically, you will conduct training needs analysis to determine training needs to address and bridge gaps in skills and competency and coordinate with line heads and/or managers
- Facilitate the implementation of the strategic L&D agenda - co-create, lead the identification, design, development, delivery and evaluation of effective trainings materials/modules/curricula, content management standards etc.
This includes technical, behavioral and leadership training programs
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to create and deploy relevant blended training courses, web-based workshops, group sessions, training videos, and other advancements in training delivery
- Monitor the success of development plans and evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning initiatives to support operations
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing to align opportunities for employee career growth with organizational talent priorities
- Source external training programs, seminars or workshops including vendors for identified training needs and evaluate them
- Identify ROI of learning interventions
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and right practices
- Handle all training logistics and administrative functions of Learning & Development
- In - charge of new employee onboarding program and in organizing e-learning courses? workshops and other relevant and necessary trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
**II.
Team Management**
- Ensure all learning initiatives are delivered within agreed service levels (against learning objectives, timelines and budgets)
- Coach members of the team to ensure continuous development and improvement of overall capabilities.
This includes creation and supporting of individual development plans
**III.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration**
- Perform customer/end user/admin/stakeholder management to keep them up to date with what's happening in the Learning Systems and Processes.
You will support consistency and compliance with Learning processes, ensuring documents are updated with best practices, important notes and key disclaimers.
- Design and build dashboards and report on key metrics, trends, KPIs and SLAs
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years' experience in a Learning and Development Lead role, preferably Technical Training
- At least 5 years of experience as Trainer/Technical Trainer
- Hands-on experience in Instructional Design Software Tools for creating e-Learning contents is preferred (e.g.
Adobe Captivate, iSpring Page, Articulate 360, etc.)
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig office twice a week, until further advise
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent

- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs and assessing them
- Expertise in administering employee certification program
- Knowledge of learning, training practices and certification programs preferably in technical software development contexts.

- Detail Oriented: Superior attention to detail and ability to produce professional deliverables and documentation on time
