QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any related fieldStrong Instructional design skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with learning management systems and e-learning platformsAbility to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementation.Certification in training and development (e.g CPL, etc)At least 5 years experience with the same related field and 2 years supervisory role
