Learning And Development (L&D) Marketing Development Lead

Job Description: Develop and deliver product training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning techniques.Create and update training programs, materials, and assessment tools.Prepare and customize scripts for field staff during product launches, sales promotions, and corporate events.Track training progress and compile post-training evaluation reports.Conduct nationwide audits to ensure employee knowledge and adherence to company standards.Assist in creating audit requirements, including memos, forms, schedules, and progress reports.Job Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in training, preferably in a supervisory role.Strong decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Basic knowledge of video/photo editing is an advantage.Above-average communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated with a pleasing personality and a strong sense of initiative.
