We want to significantly contribute to the change and be part of a global movement to make businesses more ethical, inclusive, and sustainable.We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees and the employees of our Joint Ventures advance their skills and knowledge to fulfill FastTrack strategic objectives. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.

Your responsibilities
1. Work with teams and leadership to identify gaps in learning (individual and organizational) and propose L&D strategies required for FastTrack and its joint ventures.Close the gaps of learningAlign talent with business goals2. Define the opportunity for a FastTrack AcademyManage governance, budget and group level rolloutEvaluate and improve existing methods (e.g. mentoring, coaching, etc.)Identify L&D specialists and tools to provide a unique learning experience3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a clear learning structure for processes and roles & responsibilitiesCreate and implement learning and development processesLeverage tools to track progress and facilitate decision making4. Track budgets and negotiate contracts with L&D contractorsIterate on the quality of outcomes and the effectiveness of L&D experiencesMaintain ongoing knowledge of L&D innovation and current best practicesMinimum of 8 years of experienceBSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related fieldFamiliarity with LFM platforms and practicesA giver vs a takerPassion for new technologies and startupsVery proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Positive attitude, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindsetCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsExcellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumenDemonstrated personal values: humility, intellectual curiosity, agility, growth mindsetA promoter of our culture and values so we can attract like-minded companies & peopleHigh level of maturity and ability to work both in teams and independently in a fast-paced tech start-up environmentYour compensation package will consist of base salary, variable bonus, and equity. The equity component will act as a multiplier over time with significant potential upside to your overall compensation package.
