**Responsibilities**
- Dial into the telephone conferences and acquire the audio signal for the live webcasts.
- Monitor the events and make sure to react appropriately to the upcoming problems.
- Submit Impairment Notification Report as needed to appropriate stakeholder.
- Cut the events top and tail after the live webcast is over.
- Finalize the post production of the event in MMC for basic and enhanced webcast and also take care of the indexing and quality checks where necessary.
- Conduct preconference quality checks for AV events.
- Report incidents to the supervisor and check wrong numbers pass codes or meeting times with the webcasting 1 support from the different regional operations teams.
- Ensure that all the live events are produced on time and following standard operating procedures.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships necessary to successfully coordinate teams to meet client requirements.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to shift focus and adapt to change within a short period of time
- Strong sense of teamwork

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
