Lead Test Engineer

Prepare and perform internal peer review of test cases based on established priority
Perform internal review of test cases submitted
Submit test cases for stakeholder reviews
Provide corrective actions to resolve test cases issues/defects
Perform testing based on testing strategy and established test cases
Record, monitor, and report test execution performance
Record, classify, assess, and escalate the resolution of defects
Monitor product quality performance (e.g. defect resolution)
Verify resolution of defects
Submit resolved defects for formal closure
Collaborate with Test Manager to prioritize pending work given the available resources
Perform assigned pending work
Prepare/Submit group reports, interpret the data, and ensure integrity and accuracy of information
Collaborate with relevant stakeholder for addressing technical issues
Escalate risks and/or issues to the Test Manager
Perform preventive/corrective actions assigned by Test Manager to address the active risks/issues
Prepare training materials and perform training, as the need arises
Provide inputs (e.g. scope, priority, estimates, schedule, etc.) to the Test Manager
Apply assigned process improvement practice
Provide guidance to the Junior Test Engineer
