Lead Technician

-He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
-Responsible for performing management to his/her area as may be assigned.
-Support for Major trouble shooting and repair, Generations and implementation of improvement documents and procedures.
-Leads, Planning and Execution and generate report related to his/her area of responsibility.
-Managing & Supervising and Handling Difficult task and projects,
-Take over the task during the absence of his/her Immediate superior.
-Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in assigned station by attending to the needs and other -requirements of his/her technicians to the operation.

Minimum Requirements:
1. At least college level education or any vocational course
2. At least 3 years work experience as Leader in similar work environment (Tool & Die) is an advantage
3. Knowledgeable in Machine Operation, Can understand or read drawing or have basic knowledge in CAD. With knowledge in 4. Maintaining, Trouble shoot/repair & PM of Tool and Die.
