Lead Software Engineer (Calamba Laguna)

The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a diverse background in various programming languages, including PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful software projects and the ability to lead and mentor a development team effectively.
Design, develop, and implement high-quality, software solutions that meet business requirements.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.Test and debug software to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends to drive innovation.Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them enhance their skills expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in software developmentExtensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or PythonProficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or KanbanStrong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsCapable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyWilling to work full-time onsite

Salary Range:
PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000
Negotiable beyond this range but close to the specified range
