Lead Software Engineer - Calamba Laguna

SALARY BUDGET: ?40,000 - ?60,000 | Still negotiable beyond this range, but close to the specified range | Depends on the qualifications / experiences
WORK LOCATION: Onsite | Calamba, Laguna
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements
DIVISION / DEPARTMENT: Information and Communication Technology Division

- Must be a Graduate of Computer Science and/or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Development
- Extensive knowledge of Programming Languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python
- Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering successful software projects and the ability to lead and mentor a development team effectively
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
