Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
? Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python
? Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
? Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
? Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
? Willing to work full-time onsite

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and implement high-quality, software solutions that meet business requirements.
? Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
? Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
? Test and debug software to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends to drive innovation.
? Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
? Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
? Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them enhance their skills expertise

WORK LOCATION: Calamba, Laguna
SALARY RANGE: PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000
Negotiable beyond this range but close to the specified range
