Partner with the best As a Lead Project Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer demands to ensure 100% OTD. You will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and tracking various project workloads. In this role, you will gather and analyze information to prepare status reports. You will ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy.
As a Lead Project Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Implementing the integrated project planning initiative in Project Planning / Manufacturing phases using P6/Oracle for global projects
· Creating, maintaining and communicating project schedules and deliverables
· Documenting work orders and purchasing orders for project and closing them in scheduling system
· Gathering and analyzing information to prepare status reports – customer reports, project s-curves, performance KPI's
· Monitoring schedule compliance levels and identifies reasons for completion shortfalls
· Identifying and communicating schedule risks, providing clear schedule impact updates for potential changes
· Creating and maintaining accurate planned schedule completion dates for all Engineering, Sourcing & manufacturing activities
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
· Hold a Bachelor from an accredited School
· Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing integrated schedules during bidding and execution in the Oil&Gas industry
· Have proficience in Primavera, Oracle Database and MS project / office
· Demonstrate knowledge in API 6A, Wellheads
· Be Able to independently schedule multiple projects
· Have comfort working as a team lead or as a team member
· Have ability to co-ordinate the planning of several projects simultaneously
