Lead Generation Specialist (Permanent Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
? Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
? Maintain and organize electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
? Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Lead Generation Management:
? Utilize the Octopus tool to manage lead generation activities on LinkedIn.
? Identify potential leads, engage with prospects, and maintain communication to nurture relationships.
Sales Support Administration:
? Update and maintain contacts in HubSpot CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
? Assist in managing sales pipelines and tracking progress of leads through various stages.
Business Administration:
? Provide general business administrative support to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
? Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for team members when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Familiarity with LinkedIn and experience in using tools like Octopus for lead generation is desirable.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
? Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
? Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
