Acadium is looking for a **_Lead Generation Specialist_** **_(Non-Voice)_**_ _who takes initiative, is self-motivated, highly dynamic, execution-oriented, and has demonstrated the ability to deliver on various tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
You are highly organized with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships and draw on acquiring new B2B prospects and generate their own pipelines.
- Your Role: _
- You use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Generate your own leads or sales pipeline.
Determine and qualify leads to move further down the sales process.
- Work with the BDR Lead
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects thru _Calendly._
- Achieve a set number of contacted leads, activities, and booked meetings per week.
- Normal working hours 5PM-2AM PHT, Flexible work hours.
- Work with our Canadian team.
- You must have: _
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- LinkedIn experience and an established profile are necessary
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is definitely a plus.
- Has Social Media Marketing exposure _(e.g., Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram Outreach_)
- Always ready for a change in a new fast-paced startup environment
- With experience In _CRM, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets_
- Proven lead generation and appointment setting experience
- A good understanding of what Acadium does.
- Willingness to learn
