? Outreach and Engagement: Proactively contact small and large businesses through various communication channels, including calls, SMS, and emails, to introduce our services and set the stage for meaningful partnerships.
? Lead Generation: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lead generation strategies across diverse platforms and methods. Employ innovative techniques to identify potential business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
? Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, thereby fostering long-term collaborations.
? Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities. Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and achieve targets.
? Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction.

Top 4 Core (Priority, non-negotiable) Requirements:
? At least 3+ years of experience in a Sales and/or customer support role.
? English skill is the top priority. Salesforce experience is preferred ·
? Experience in a pioneer and Australian account is a plus; ·
? Quickly understands people's needs and able to connect the dots on how we can offer them the most suitable solution.
? Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as may be assigned
