Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct Contact Discovery to identify potential prospects.Engage prospects and generate interest in the company's offerings.Manage a pipeline of interested prospects.Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects.Achieve targets and consistently strive to exceed expectations.Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handoff. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or sales development roles.Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
